Insurance Surveying
Fire, Flood, Escape of Water, Impact, Subsidence & Emergency Response
We have over 30 years experience in the insurance repairs sector, surveying and resolving small and complex claims involving all forms of insurance related perils. This form of surveying is highly responsive and requires an attendance within the same or following day where possible. Evening and weekends are available where required. Emergency attendances for structural and make safe surveying can also be arranged to mitigate damage, loss and injury.
Our surveyors also hold Dewpoint accreditation for mould and moisture remediation, and offer mositure readings and mapping as part of the service.
Aerial Photography
Pole & Drone Mounted Photography
Pole mounted cameras can identify necessary repairs following storm damage and malicious acts. However, drone technology takes this one step further and allows detailed aerial footage to be recorded and reported to clients. Aerial photography can also be utilised for other purposes such as surveying property portfolios and schaeduling future maintenance, or for use in the promotion of property for sale.
360 Virtual Video
New Build, Property for Sale & Property Portfolio Videos

This new innovative form of photography allows anyone anywhere, the ability to walk through or around a property and visulaise it as if they were actually there. This can be used to promote a business such as a public house or hotel, or to demonstrate ranges of goods for sale in a shop. Further applications are to display property for sale, whether this is new build or general property, or to record the condition of property on the rental market both before and after tenancy. The same technology can also be applied to recording property and possessions of value for insurance purposes, or recording damage following a catastrophic incidence of fire or flood.
